Spring Leaf

We were asked to specify all interior finishes for the model home in a LEED Platinum Neighborhood project.  All utility systems are state of the art for efficiency and sustainability and the interior finishes needed to live up to the same standards. We designed bamboo cabinets for the kitchen, American Loft ReCycled Paper cabinets in the bathrooms and laundry, recycled glass tile, Bosch appliances and Low VOC Benjamin Moore paint. But to make the house feel like a home required all the same design elements you and I need in our homes. We added a window seat in the kitchen for cozy conversations and pushed a walk-in pantry into extra space in the garage for additional storage. Testament to our success was being awarded Best of Show in the HBS Denver Tour of Homes which is judged by peer professionals.
