Pearl Street Condo

Having grown up in Hawaii, the homeowners came to love the tucked-in urban feel of living in downtown Boulder. But the small space was not up to the standards and lifestyle of this professional couple. In the end, walls were removed and every surface was updated. We added Brazilian Cherry floors, grass-cloth to the walls and a Murano glass dining room light made from a licensed Fortuni silk pattern. The new kitchen and media cabinet are Alder with a dark stain and the fireplace is clad in Gascone Blue limestone.
