Colorful Condo Remodel
Mondrian, an artist famous for paintings composed of blocks of primary colors, was an inspiration for the remodel we did on a tired 1970 condo in the heart of Boulder. The old space might have reflected the homeowner as a college student but as a well traveled, hard-working, dedicated professional teacher it no longer reflected his personality or lifestyle. Looking at the Before and After, you can see we make a good argument for staying where you are and remodeling. We transformed the space by removing a walk-in pantry and laundry closet plopped right in the middle of the kitchen that made the rectangular space a maze. New flooring, American Loft cabinetry, well placed accent lights and bright glass backsplash tile create a modern, inviting, party-friendly home.
